Quality Assurance
Pauley Construction is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality services possible. We provide training for our employees to ensure that they are knowledgeable about their work, we utilize as much boring and drilling equipment as possible to minimize disruption to the environment and eliminate trenching costs, and we strive to maintain a professional image with our peers, our customers, and the public. Each project is monitored closely with daily or weekly progress reports, weekly progress meetings, and unannounced Quality Control and safety inspections on job sites. In the events that situations do arise on projects, Pauley Construction is diligent about documenting every situation in as much detail as possible and alerting our customers of all serious problems. If necessary, Pauley also has discipline policies in place to correct unsafe behavior or excessive/unreasonable job damage.
Pauley Construction provides the following assurances to our customers:
- Pre-construction field meetings with the customers to discuss specifics of the project
- Permitting and scheduling with all municipalities involved in each project
- Coordination with other contractors / subcontractors involved in each project
- Weekly progress reports to our customers
- Detailed As-Builts at the conclusion of projects
