Pauley Construction, Inc., founded in 1991, serves throughout the Southwest with our home office located in Phoenix, Arizona.  Pauley is a family owned and operated company providing full turnkey services for the design, development, and construction of the utility industry.  Our objective is to provide clients with efficient, innovative, quality construction and cost effective service.

Perry Pauley, President and owner, has over 28 years of experience in the construction contracting industry.  With his vision and management skills, Pauley Construction has become one of the leading utility contractors in the Southwest region.

Ralph Gasow, Vice President, and Marlon Terrill, Vice President, have more than 64 years combined experience in all utility construction.  Both have a high level of expertise in project management, customer service, and a broad knowledge of telephony, CATV, electrical, and fiber optic construction requirements.
